Preparing the cake batter:
In a bowl combine all the dry ingredients listed under cake batter
mix well
In a separate bowl,add the sour creme,vanilla and oil first
mix well and serve the dry ingredients slowly into the wet ingredients bowl
fold into a smooth batter by adding milk
grease a cake tin and bake transfer the cake batter into it
bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees celcius for first 10 minutes and then at 180 degrees until done
let the cake cool off on a cooling rack while we prepare our frosting
in a mixing bowl, add butter,vanilla and sugar
serve the cocoa powder slowly
beat using an electric beater until soft peaks form
coat the cake on the surface and sides with the prepared frosting and drizzle with choco shaves
